From CSV import to optimal parameters in 4 steps
Drag your file into the dashboard. Automatic detection identifies the product, quantity, price, date, stockout and promotion columns.
The FastAPI service runs a TPE Sampler + CMA-ES on each detected product. The best parameters (promo_effect, promo_stock_boost, stock_initial...) are saved automatically.
The Prophet model uses the optimized parameters to generate forecasts over the chosen horizon (7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days) with seasonality and confidence intervals.
The dashboard displays actual sales vs predictions, KPIs (MAPE, bias, revenue), stock levels and stockout alerts. Charts are updated after each new optimization.
